Roles & Responsibilities:

• Gather information on customer needs and problems to analyze, design, and present a product that meets the needs of customers. With the products that the company represents (Customer Communication Management, Business Process Management, Document Management Solution and etc.).
• Study the technical information of the responsible products.
• Help various sales teams in technical aspects to be able to close the sale.
• Certification Exam according to the requirements of the responsible products.
• Prepare various documents related to present work to customers. Such as presentation, project proposal, draft TOR or etc.
• Able to transfer knowledge and give advice to the team.
• Responsible for other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
• Understanding for K8S, Container Platform, solution design, microservice and cloud native application concept.
• Gather and analyze customer or users’ business requirement.
• Review product specification document.
• Perform any works following the assignment from supervisor.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other related fields.
• At least 3 years of work experience.
• Excellent knowledge of Software Engineer, System Analysis and Design.
• Knowledge of Implementation and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Good communication in English for both spoken and written skill.
• Strongly project management skills would be advantage.
• Basic understanding or Knowledge of database and programming (Oracle, Microsoft SQL)
• Experience with Windows Server systems and/or Linux/Unix based systems
• Strongly Word, Excel, PowerPoint Documentation Skill would be advantage
