Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to join our team, responsible for installing, maintaining, and providing technical support for IT systems and storage. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of IT environments, as well as excellent problem-solving and customer service skills. This position requires certification in a relevant technology.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for the installation and after-sales service of products under your own responsibility and related items.
- System Implementation & Management: Responsible for the installation, configuration, and administration of Server, Storage, and Virtualization infrastructure.
- Technical Leadership: Act as the Technical Lead for various projects, developing comprehensive implementation plans and ensuring all technical deliverables meet quality standards.
- Advanced Troubleshooting (L2/L3): Analyze and resolve complex technical issues as an L2/L3 support specialist, providing expert guidance to the team for problem resolution.
- Presales Support: Collaborate with the Presales team to assist in solution design and verify the technical feasibility of proposed projects.
- Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation and up-to-date system diagrams.
- Study, learn, understand, and take the Certified exam for the products under your own responsibility.
- Manage and solve various problems, provide advice and support for technical information to customers regarding the products under their own responsibility.
Skills and Qualifications
- Male or Female with a good personality.
- Age 25 – 35 years old.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or any IT-related field.
- Work experience of at least 3-5 years in System & Solution Solutions.
