Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for installation and after-sales service for the products under responsibility and related.
• Study, learn, understand, and take the Certified exam for the products under responsibility.
• Manage, and solve various problems, provide advice and support for technical information to customers in the products under responsibility.
• Responsible for other tasks as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

• Female or male with a good personality.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Intel-based server and system management.
• Expertise and ability to set up and install SAN or NAS Storage, VMware Virtualization, and Veeam Backup Software.
• Install and set up the Red Hat Linux or other Linux experience with special consideration.
• Good communication, reading, and writing in English.
• Good communication skills, good interpersonal skills, and high patience.
• Highly responsible and punctual.
• Able to work well under pressure.
• 3-5 years’ experience is required.
