Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team, responsible for the physical installation, cabling, and maintenance of Data Center equipment while providing technical support, hardware troubleshooting, and hands-on assistance to System Engineers.

Location & Working Hours.
- Office located at Asoke Towers (parking available with a monthly fee).
- Working hours: 9.00 - 18.00.
- Fully on-site.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform physical installation of computer hardware, servers, storage, and network equipment in data centers.
- Inspect, maintain, repair, or replace faulty hardware components (e.g., replace hard drives, power supplies, RAM).
- Resolving problems with PCs, laptops, printers, and basic software.
- Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues, such as connectivity problems or system access errors.
- Prepare and configure (stage) new equipment to make it ready for deployment.
- Log support tickets, manage equipment inventory, and create daily operational reports.
- Provide hands-on assistance to System Engineers during on-site installations or complex troubleshooting.
Skills and Qualifications
- Male with a good personality.
- Age 23 – 30 years old.
- Associate Degree in Computer Technology or any IT-related field.
- Work experience of at least 0 - 3 years in System & Solution Solutions.
